Damaged and Faulty Goods
Returns are a rarity at Everglow as we thoroughly check for any faults or damages prior to dispatching products from our warehouse. However, we do recommend customers check as soon as the item is delivered.
If a customer wishes to return damaged or faulty goods, please inform us by calling us within 48 hours after delivery of the goods. Upon completion of a faulty goods form, return of the product and sufficient evidence, we will happily replace or refund the price of the damaged goods.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We always advice using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Received the wrong order
As explained above, we take great pride in our customer experience and always check orders before dispatch. Nevertheless, it is possible you may receive the wrong order hence why it is important to check your order on delivery. If there are any errors, please call us within 48 hours of delivery so we may resolve any issues.
Cancel your order
If for some reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact the Everglow team within twenty-four hours of placing your order. If this cancellation is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
